I had a mixed experience at the resort. On the upside, the location is convenient for visiting Orlando's attractions, and the rooms were well-furnished and spacious, which is ideal for families. However, I faced quite a few issues, such as persistent smoke detector problems when cooking and a hot tub that wasn't functional. Despite these setbacks, the staff was quick to resolve problems whenever they arose.
